KATHRYN ANDREWS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Kathryn's Culinary Collection at https://kathryn-allison.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), billing and shipping details when you make a purchase, and the content of any messages you send us. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process memberships and store orders, provide customer support, send service-related and (where permitted) marketing communications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Site and our recipes. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

We use Microsoft Advertising, which places the Microsoft UET (Universal Event Tracking) tag on the Site to measure conversions and understand how visitors interact with our pages. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Order and transaction records are typically retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Support messages are retained for up to three years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and we never store full payment card numbers on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
