These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kathryn's Culinary Collection, operated by KATHRYN ANDREWS, LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships and billing

Memberships are offered on a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) basis. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, and at the start of each subsequent billing period, your payment method will be charged automatically the then-current price for your plan.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

In plain language: your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

Store orders

Prices for physical products are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders.

Acceptable use

Recipes and content are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute our content, or share your account credentials to give others access to members-only material.

Intellectual property

All recipes, text, photographs, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by KATHRYN ANDREWS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Photographs used on the Site are licensed from third-party providers. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Arbitration and class action waiver

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial. You and we further agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KATHRYN ANDREWS, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, our recipes, or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
