Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. This applies to memberships and to eligible store orders.
Memberships
Free trials are never charged, so you can cancel before your trial ends at no cost. If you are charged for a membership and request a refund within 30 days of that charge, we will refund it in full. After 30 days, you may cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but past charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Store orders
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@kathryn-allison.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
How to request a refund
Email info@kathryn-allison.com with your name, order or account email, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive any returned items.
Return window and shipping
The return window is 30 days from delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, perishable goods cannot be returned. Digital content and downloads, including recipe access already used, are non-refundable except under the 30-day membership guarantee above. Gift cards are non-refundable.
